In this episode Joshua, Erik, and Lucas talk about parents not taking the time to really hear out and listen to their children. This doesn’t mean let your children make the decisions, but to instead hear their thoughts, ideas, wants and make sure they feel heard. As children get older they should be able to have more input in decision making and there are easy ways to incorporate that within parenting.
